Job Description
This role covers a maternity leave and can be exercised remotely. As the team will be growing, the role could possibly be extended to permanent employment at the end of the term. It is an excellent opportunity for an advertising campaign manager with strong analytical skills and signficiant experience with Google Ads. The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, optimizing and analyzing Eaton's online advertising campaigns on Google Ads with the objective to achieve lead generation. He/she will be consulting EMEA's country marketers about their advertising strategies and therefore needs to have excellent communication and consulting skills. The Digital Campaign Specialist's primary responsibility will be the operational management of advertising campaigns on Google Ads, especially Search Ads (PPC) and the analysis of campaign results by creating performance reports via Excel or Datastudio. He/she will be closely working with EMEA's countries to help them with the execution of their advertising campaigns and with cross-functional teams in order to align content, landing pages and emailing automation for the campaigns. The candiate should have extensive knowledge in Google Search Ads and ideally also in Display and YouTube advertising and advanced Excel skills to create performance reports. The Digital Campaign Specialist will be mainly responsible for managing PPC Search Ads advertising campaigns within EMEA via Google Ads and for the creation of performance reports. He/she will also be able to manage Display and YouTube advertising via Google Ads. The core of this role will be the management of our online advertising campaigns including all of its execution phases of planning, preparation, alignment, setup, management and optimization, as well as analysis: Consulting: Advice EMEA's country representatives about how to set up successful advertising campaigns. Management & optimization: Set up online advertising campaigns on Google Ads and optimize them for success. Analysis: Create performance reports based on analysis of results vs. business impact and budget via Excel and Datastudio. The candidate will have to work closely with the respective internal teams in order to execute against deliverables connected to the online advertising campaigns and make sure that the campaigns achieve the best possible results. This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional with an internationally large scope across EMEA, which is perfectly suited for a multilingual individual with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, as well as analytical and creative capacities. The candidate should be a specialist of Google Ads and performance analysis via Excel and Google Analytics. Qualifications Required: Education in a digital marketing or analytics related field Experience managing advertising campaigns via Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and analysing their performance with analytical tools, such as Excel, Datastudio and Google Analytics.
