Job Description

OCBC Wing Hang Bank has full spectrum of products and services in Consumer Banking that plays a unique position in the market to enable customers to manage their finance effectively. Digital is always the key focus of the bank in transforming the customer experience on many service touch points. The Bank places the focus on customer centric design on every digital solution to create seamless digital customer experience.

We are currently seeking professional to join our digital channel team as Digital Channel Manager in our Retail Banking Group.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee digital channel development of Internet and Mobile Banking platform
  • Overall management of digital projects through the whole development cycle on business proposal preparation, vendor selection, user requirement formation, project testing and execution management
  • Work very closely with product owners in digitizing the product sale channels
  • Manage channel development budget and channel revenue generation to meet channel P&L
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and cost management
  • Ensure collaboration among different team of developers, vendors, partners and end users
  • Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Enhance the UX and flow on the usage of respective digital channels
  • Ensure the customer journey is seamless with customer centric design
  • Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
  • Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of working experience in digital product/service development and channel management in banking/finance industry
  • Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skill
  • Strong stakeholders, developer and partners management skill
  • Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control
  • Keep abreast of latest market trend and technology
  • Experience in deploying sizable system revamp with tracked result
  • Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
  • Solid project management experience in banking/finance industry
