Job Description
Responsibilities
Social & Digital Strategy / Corporate Websites
Plan and develop content, and align with wider communication messaging;
Update and continuously improve the websites and social media efforts ensuring that key messages and communications are consistent;
Develop our social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Wikipedia, Twitter, WeChat, etc.);
Upload press releases, announcements and scientific presentations periodically;
Search Engine Optimization (e.g. Google, Baidu, LinkedIn, etc.);
Public Relations & Communications
Review publications and fact check media materials;
Assist with reporters liaison and interview arrangements;
Support ongoing public relations efforts and corporate / medical events and campaigns;
Coordinate or partner with external vendors and agencies;
Corporate Branding
Develop and update corporate materials (e.g. company brochure, fact sheet, introduction deck, etc.);
Assist with industry association, conference and award presence;
Others
Occasional travel when needed;
Perform any ad hoc projects/ assignments as requested.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above;
5 years relevant experience in strategic communications;
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage;
Good knowledge of social media tools and enterprise social networks;
Good team player with self-motivation and work independently;
Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office;
Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
