We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Content Author

In this role, you will

  • Liaise with the stakeholders to interpret their business requirements and create specific content strategies
  • Build and optimisation of required pages ensuring incoming journeys are accounted for
  • Using data to further decision making and reporting on effectiveness of content by working closely with search, social, analytics and product teams.
  • Help conceive, write and deliver output based on editorial calendar and other planned initiatives for public facing website and other distribution platforms as identified
  • Ability to analyse and communicate key findings in analytics
  • Ability to manage project work with ad hoc tasks
  • Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the strategy and the day-to-day content changes on AEM
  • The management of the content on Development and Pre-Production environments, troubleshoot and deliver any CMS changes as part of the backlog
  • Work closely with Designers, Copywriters and various internal and external stakeholders for the delivery of new content on website via Adobe Experience Manager
  • Require a creative flare and knowledge of best practice e.g. select suitable templates, components and modules, adding/editing content such as multilingual copy, images, video, SEO metadata as part of the content management
  • Able to communicate effectively to ensure any issues are raised to ensure realignment across the channels
  • Oversee Quality Control in output
  • Passionate about creating optimal user journeys with a focus on quality copy, engagement, conversion and acquisition
  • Manage your own pipeline of work and ensure milestones are met
  • Responsible for ensuring the success of pages by monitoring their performance and offering further options to optimise
  • Identification of key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies and solutions or escalating as appropriate. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • English fluency both oral and written.
  • Second language fluency highly beneficial in either Cantonese or Mandarin.
  • Proven experience as a digital writer
  • Professional diplomas from Marketing, Communication, Media, Journalism would be an advantage.
  • Experience and understanding of web publishing tools, content management systems and capabilities and automated translation platforms
  • Previous experience in a translation or localisation environment Knowledge of digital best practice including web analytics, SEO, writing for web, optimisation and accessibility
  • Experience in creating and delivering B2C geared localized digital content across multiple platforms, especially mobile
  • A working understanding of web technology and digital publishing tools such as XML, HTML, and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated success in delivering multiple digital content related projects, priorities and stakeholders concurrently
  • Strong analytical, and planning skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
  • Good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice and in particular Agile
  • Subject matter expertise of digital content and distribution innovative, the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
