Overall management of official website of Mercedes-Benz.
Task description
- Support senior manager to define content strategy of digital touch point e.g. brand website of Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG
- Define user stories and UI/UX on brand website based on brand and company’s business demand
- Daily content management of brand website to deliver product and sales campaign
- Continuously monitor website performance and analytics data to improve website experience and efficiency of online leads generation
- Budget management and go through internal process to ensure 24/7 implementation of brand digital platform
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications, eCommerce or Computer Science
- Over 3 years working experience in digital communication or brand website management
- Skillful in statistics analysis
- Preferably certain experience in customer research or wholesale management
