• Create and maintain the content guiding principles which should well align with company's vision, mission and culture.
• Design and plan for membership program application and website content portfolio and roadmap to optimize the member views and engagement ratio.
• Understand each major member segment interests before selecting the relevant content for each feature session.
• Select the relevant content (Articles, reports and video) from Forbes media source for localization efforts.
• Measure the content view ratio so as to focus on sourcing and selecting the relevant content to maximize the view ratio
• Stimulate the member generated content for sharing among members group with the Members services and PR team
• Explore partner or any 3rd parties' digital content contribution for enriching membership program web and app.
• Proof read all the content before publishing the localized version.
• Conduct the competitive analysis against other similar association or organizations in China to ensure we provide the timely world class content for our members
• Strong Curiosity, global vision, open minded with strategic thinking skill

• 5 Years or above content management and production experience in media industry, digital marketing agency or in house digital marketing Dept.
• Degree holder in Translations or Journalism, major in English or English Literacy or related discipline.
• Solid experience of content creation, localization efforts
• Understanding of high end customers / VIP membership reading interest is a must
• Simultaneous Translation skill to support members online or offline event
• Journalist or interview experience within the luxury industries will be key advantage
