Instrumentation Group at ADI is currently looking for an Digital Design Engineer based in Istanbul, Turkey.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing micro-architecture and RTL design based on power, performance, and area tradeoffs
- Design for test including scan insertion, test pattern generation, and fault grading
- Co-work with the verification team for complete functional closure at both RTL and gate level
- Co-work with digital implementation team to optimize the design. Suggest optimizations to improve quality of results and reduce area/power.
- Lint check and sanity synthesis
- Hold trainings and mentor others on new architectures or improvements
- Formal verification and coverage analysis
- Support post silicon debug activities
Requirements
- Digital logic design and hands-on RTL coding experience
- Experience with developing timing constraints and running state-of-the-art synthesis and static timing analysis tools
- Good Knowledge in DSP fundamentals
- Experience with writing scripts in Perl or Python is a plus
- Digital verification experience is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in EE or ECE or equivalent relevant experience. Typically requires minimum of 8-10 years related experience with BS and 6-8 years experience with MS.

- Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams spread geographically
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with aggressive schedules
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills
