Digital Design Teacher – Haikou, China

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Digital Design Teacher to join our British-style international school in Haikou. This role is perfect for educators who are passionate about technology, design, and project-based learning, and who want to inspire students through creative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Teach UI/UX design, animation, coding basics (Python, Scratch), and multimedia
Guide students through the design cycle using project-based learning (PBL)
Apply MYP criteria where relevant to assess and support student learning
Integrate digital tools (Adobe Suite, Figma) or coding platforms into lessons
Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, student-centered learning experiences
Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects
Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum planning
Requirements
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Educational Technology, or related field
Valid teaching qualification preferred
Experience with digital tools (Adobe, Figma) and/or coding
Prior experience with project-based learning (PBL)
Familiarity with the MYP Design framework is a plus
Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
