As a Digital & Ecommerce Associate Account Manager, you may be responsible for: 

- Master client business objectives in order to represent them to the internal team in crafting solutions that can meet or exceed client financial targets;

- Establish and cultivate positive relationships with client’s key decision makers;

- Prepare client scope documents, pricing and solutions proposals, legal contracts and coordinate billing;

- Ensure clear communication and hand-off to the design & development team;

- Seek resolution to scope or deliverable conflicts that may arise during a regular project course;

- Maintain sales information, status and opportunity information in a CRM (Hubspot);

- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree holders in Business Management, eCommerce, Marketing or other related disciplines;

- At least 1-2 years in account management or client-facing role in a creative agency, IT or e-commerce solution studio; more experienced candidate will be considered as Digital & Ecommerce Account Manager;

- Results-oriented with demonstrated business skills related to goal setting, budgeting, and reporting;

- Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills

- Any experience with Wordpress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar and Crazy Egg is desired;

- Willingness to learn new IT products and software;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;

- Excellent problem-solving skills, organisational skills and time management;
