Position Summary
The Digital Engagement Manager for Digital Twins will own multi-channel campaign go-to-market for one of Bentley’s primary initiatives, leveraging Agile Marketing techniques to grow our footprint within top-tier ABM accounts and generate new business growth. You will own every aspect of campaign launch and optimization from content creation to optimizing lead conversion in the CRM, encompassing the entire lead lifecycle. Running alongside user success, regional marketing, product marketing management and program management, you will be a partner in success with teams in paid media, ABM, event marketing, product marketing and account management.
As the primary point of contact for the Senior Director of Marketing for Digital Twins, you will be an energizing force among highly skilled product marketing managers, where you will execute multi-channel campaigns in a variety of industries and regions. This is a unique opportunity to specialize in an explosive growth area for infrastructure and beyond, but it also provides a significant amount of variety and room for strategic thinking.
As a key member of the enterprise engagement marketing and lead management team, led by a senior engagement marketing manager, you will work directly with digital marketing, engagement platform and lead management specialists to achieve SMART goals aligned to business outcomes.
Primary responsibilities
- Lead product marketing managers and program managers in creating and executing multi-channel (email, web, paid media, events, social, SEO etc.) campaigns with a variety of assets (e-books, articles, infographics, videos, collateral)
- Serve as the primary resource for campaign segmentation to include building lists and sharing related insights to stakeholders, along with collaborating with enterprise platform services on master segmentation/suppression and GDPR-compliant subscription management
- Own the feedback loop and Agile marketing sequences with product marketing to optimize outcomes vs KPIs/OKRs
- Coordinate with enterprise digital marketing leadership, user success, marketing operations, regional marketing and sales operations on the best user experience for tier-1 accounts
- Apply Agile Marketing in all elements, particularly A/B testing and frequent experimentation
- Report internally on specifics of campaign outcomes, gathering data from PowerBI dashboards, Folloze, Zoominfo, marketing automation platform, CRM, Google Analytics and paid media platforms
Other Duties Include
- Document processes and train colleagues at every level of rank or experience
- Maintain campaign details in Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Teams, including a change log and checklists
- Lead and contribute to meetings with a variety of teams to optimize lead conversions
- Build ad hoc audience assessments from existing databases and create SAM and lookalike models in Zoominfo
- Turn data into narratives for meeting presentations
- Audit the work of your team and that of other teams as a primary resource for campaign and segmentation approvals
Requirements
- 7+ years successful track record supporting B2B campaigns
- 2+ years in cloud CRM + marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn advertising
- Capacity to work remotely (v-connected)
- Experience with complex segmentation scenarios
- History of demand generation and lead nurturing programs accountability
- Proven success in optimizing emails and landing pages (A/B testing implied)
- Solid skills in interpreting data trends and building Excel pivot tables
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Create, edit and review copy and create or direct derivative content from gated evergreen assets
- Ability to quickly adapt and react to changing circumstances and demands with high attention to detail
- Solid grasp of content marketing (buyer’s journey) and lead lifecycle funnel
- Expert knowledge of lead generation workflows, including web conversion UX
- Complete grasp of B2B selling processes and buying cycles
- Working understanding of Google Analytics
- Ability to communicate complex subject matter to colleagues at all levels and skills, advocating for best practices and evangelizing findings
- Understand data integrations and lead gen requirements, both in terms of SLAs and system requirements
- Education: Relevant BA or BS degree required
