You will be expose to projects under the Digital Banking Department, varying from mobile banking development, acquisition & marketing campaign, digital customer journey and compliance.

Description

As the Digital Governance Manager, you will join their dynamic and talented team to help in a series of digital banking projects. In this position, you will focus on reviewing regulatory guidelines and risk control on ebanking channels. You will work very closely with developers, end users and control units to ensure Internet and Mobile Banking projects aligned a proper control standard. You will understand strategic business needs and plan for growth, explore and analyze the design of digital solutions and analytic framework/reports to track the digital channel performance/KPI.

Profile

To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience working in banks or other financial service industry. Candidates with relevant experience in digital banking or compliance preference for this position. The successful candidate should have an excellent problem-solving skill, analytical mindset and demonstrate an exceptional interpersonal skill.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese is required for this position.
