Job Description

Job Purpose:
Digital Transformation is at the key strategy of brands. A number of initiatives are ready to implement at the IT organization level touching various business and technological domains, this includes solutions for ecommerce, omni channel optimization, CRM/Clienteling implementation, Store digital innovation and Digital Marketing.


Now we are looking for IT digital Expert who has capability to assess both strategic global and local technology solutions to determine which fit best to maximize the business opportunities in China. And requires establish relationships and work closely with business partners, external vendors, as well as internal functional teams such as retail team, CRM team and digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate or manage IT project initiatives in digital areas including but not limited to ecommerce (Tmall, JD, WeChat, etc.), CRM, in-store digital and Omni channel solutions
  • Manage related vendors, also internal teams, on project delivery including requirement analysis, system design, coding, UAT, deployment and maintenance according to corporate standard process, SLA, KPI and best practices
  • Innovate and propose digital initiatives with solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with digital business teams including local and global levels
  • Build data analytical solution to track customer journey across all the digital touch points to understand customer behaviour and their image
  • Make sure the solution is qualified on security before system roll out
  • Keep learning fresh technologies and solutions to integrate with business needs
  • Continually improve ongoing systems and analysis processes, automating or simplifying applications solutions
  • Providing basic on demand training to users about company policy, standards and applications
  • Create and update documentation to assist in daily operational work (Operation procedure, knowledge bases etc.)
  • Provide team or direct report with clear direction and targets that makes team colleagues feel comfortable and engaged

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree and above with University education in Information Technology, ecommerce or related
  • 3+ years at digital/ecommerce area is a must.
  • Experienced working in or cooperate with JD/Tmall/WeChat or other vendors projects is a must
  • Experienced working in retail industry is must
  • Experienced working in AZURE cloud is preferred
  • Technical understanding with digital/ecommerce terminology and integration, as well as H5, DSP,DMP,AD exchange is a plus
  • Familiar with IT systems/solutions in digital area such as Demandware, Magento etc.
  • Good communication skill and English skills both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of problem analysis and reporting.
  • Good documentation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks through appropriate time managements and full communications
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones, evenings or weekends, as required
  • Teamwork spirit, customer-oriented, proactive and willing to take responsibility
  • Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
  • Innovated, open minded, highly motivated thinking and willingness to initiate new things
