We would like to provide local services to our customers that enable them to integrate our products to their practices and help them to grow their business.

As a Digital Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the ideal patient journey with iTero (Intra oral scanner), you will be working proactively with customers who purchased an iTero and collaborate with the commercial team and other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for developing key programs that maximizing the potential of integrating the Invisalign System and iTero Intra-Oral Scanner into practices to drive practice growth and productivity by:

• Understanding local market trends, practice and patient needs and requirements (including technical iTero)
• Performing an audit in practice and giving recommendations to practices on how to fully integrate/use a scanner in their practice (Full Digital workflow)
• Working in practices to make sure they maximize the potential of integrating the Invisalign System and iTero scanner
• Helping practices in their Full Digital workflow (incl. Labs)
• Ensuring effective implementation in the market

You will work closely with the iTero team, clinical, marketing and commercial teams to deliver integrated programs that address the needs of the Invisalign/iTero Provider, practice staff and patient.

You will contribute to the continued growth of the French business and will support our goal of being a trusted and valued partner for all Invisalign Providers; engaging, training and supporting them to deliver an optimal Invisalign patient journey.

You will also be responsible for working with partners (eg: Labs) and ensure integration across in the practice

 

In this role, you'll need....

• 5-10 years of experience, ideally from dental industry/background (plus if digital scanner knowledge)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• French speaking
• Good knowledge of English is considered a plus

 

Work schedule / hours

Full-time position based in Paris, 50% of travel is required
