You enjoy the challenge of managing content strategy and bringing together contributors to tell a compelling story. You’re obsessed with finding the fastest path to what users need. You set priorities using data. You use are familiar with integrated marketing and the concept of user journeys. You look for ways to drive automation and use interactive digital agents to increase online connections with users.
Responsibilities
What you will do?
In this role, you’ll work with others to identify scenarios and create compelling BOT experiences that help navigate users to find what they need and take action to manage their accounts and find resources
• Develop, prioritize, and execute partner-focused, data-informed content plans.
• Work with engineering, support, marketing and partners to learn about real-world scenarios, user goals and needs.
• Use data to report on your impact and prioritize your work. You’ll talk directly to partners!
• Work with others to deliver high-quality content delivered through digital innovations
• Create strategic content that guides partners to key activities and resources
• Refine the content through customer feedback, testing, and keeping current with tech.
• Lead planning and prioritization for content platform features and capabilities
• Work with global stakeholders, localization team to execute the digital content and social strategy
• Manage the production and publishing of digital support content and assets to keep the site current, fresh and aligned with the partner support
Qualifications
• 1 or more years of proven project management, organization, and planning experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Strong capabilities to classify content using meta data and to develop a content strategy and implement a robust tactical plan
• Strong capabilities in the use of web content management systems
• Self-starter who works well independently and with others
• Able to make content decisions with data
