The AstraZeneca Nordic-Baltic (NOBA) Marketing Company employs around 450 people across 7 countries and has offices located in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Södertälje, Copenhagen, Helsinki, and Oslo. By 2025 AstraZeneca NOBA aims to become a recognized leader in its core therapy areas and thus improve the lives of millions of people. This will be achieved by driving excellent launches, building close collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders in health care systems, and developing high performing teams.

We are now searching for a Digital Lead Baltic placed in Estonia.

The role

As Digital Lead - Estonia, you are responsible to develop, coordinate and execute digital activities in brand and operational plans in close collaboration with responsible Brand managers. You will also be responsible for effective and efficient procurement of external digital services, and management of service providers. Your internal key relations ships will include a diversity of functions, such as Marketing, Sales, and Medical.

In this position you will be offered to play a vital role in commercial effectiveness and to help shape the IS/IT strategy and long-term planning for our customers.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, coordinate and execute digital activities in brand and operational plans in close collaboration with responsible Brand managers
  • Inspire and influence Brand Strategies to drive digital marketing in an integrated way
  • Responsible for effective and efficient sourcing of digital services (timely delivery, cost control, agreements review etc.)
  • Identifies, explores and drives synergies in web/digital marketing activities within AZ Nordics-Baltics
  • Responsible to evaluate the effect of web campaigns (traffic tracking, statistics collecting, cost efficiency etc.)
  • Work actively to ensure that qualitative and proactive Reputation Management is conducted
  • Assures tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards

In order to succeed in this role, you have

  • Academic degree from Marketing, IS or Communication
  • Experience of Web marketing campaign creation and good understanding of Web platforms
  • Project Lead, informal leadership considered as competitive advantage
  • Excellent English and Estonian language knowledge
  • Open, customer driven personality, successfully driving digital solutions implementation
  • Good understanding for pharmaceutical market ethical framework
