Digital & Loyalty Executive —Vietnam

• The responsibilities of this role include Digital Marketing in Vietnam, foremost the POS all.accor.com and management and curation of content of the ALL Facebook page, to achieve KPI including growth of followers and engagement. Supporting the hotel digital teams with driving their strategy to include SEO, E-mail marketing and website animation. Driving hotel level web performance and supporting tactical campaigns. With Loyalty of key importance in the growth of the brand awareness, driving the hotel level KPI, supporting with best practice and driving new initiatives and campaigns. Being the key point of contact for all Loyalty and Digital Marketing for all of our hotels in Vietnam.

  What you will be doing:
• Management of the activities of Digital Marketing in Vietnam (the ALL Vietnam Facebook page, the Vietnam point of sale of all.accor.com...)
• Development and management of digital channels including SEO, Email Marketing and website animation
• Collaboration with Marketing and Loyalty teams to contribute to strategies to support local and global campaigns
• Guide hotel teams on their digital marketing strategy and implement specific actions to support their performance and ensure communication is on brand.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Accor’s loyalty programmes to provide  operational support to hotels and members
• Provide general administrative support as required
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Minimum work experience of two to three years with previous experience in loyalty, marketing or the hotel industry an asset
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Google Analytics certified
• Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
