As part of the Innovation & Business Excellence (IBEX) team AstraZeneca's Marketing Company Poland the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing the omnichannel marketing strategy in cooperation with Global Digital Department and Marketing team for AstraZeneca's brands in Poland. The role will be accountable for day-to-day management of all omnichannel campaigns (calendar, the creative review process, testing, deployment, and reporting) as well as assisting the Brand Teams on delivering them on time and within budget.
Typical Accountabilities
- Work with relevant members of the marketing team to develop omnichannel campaigns;
- Work on a content strategy for both for healthcare professionals (customers) and patients, to provide relevant and customized scientific and product information to doctors, as well as a trusted source of information for patients;
- Managing omnichannel campaigns for brand, product and technical services (emailing, approved emails, webinars, web services, applications);
- Planning and optimizing digital marketing budget;
- To keep track of the latest developments in digital to identify, priorities and exploit technologies, platforms and methodologies to make optimize the reach and engagement with new and existing clients
- To monitor and report on a range of appropriate platform/ channel analytics and KPI's;
- To manage the external digital agencies and third-party relationship;
- Steward web initiatives through the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process;
- Provide recommendations for improvement and make suggestions for best in class services.
- Manage and/or coordinate with internal/external resources (IS, programmers, Internet Channel Managers) in executing established digital initiatives.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Fluent English
- 5 + years digital marketing experience
- 3 + years of pharmaceutical or related experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
- Project management experience
- Leadership experience while working with design, marketing, and technology teams
- Proven teamwork, excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of HTML and websites governance;
- Experience with SEO fundamentals and how to work within SEO platforms to optimize web pages;
- Experience with mobile, web analytics (Google Analytics or similar), search (SEO/SEM), content management, and digital media is preferred;
Desirable
- Veeva CRM expertise + Veeva Approved Email module will be a strong asset
- Marketing automation systems practical knowledge
- Experience of changing organizational attitude towards embracing online and/or digital marketing within pharma industry
