Job Purpose:
Coordinate with Medical team and Brand Managers to build and execute effective digital marketing strategy, develop company branding awareness and accelerate growth in line with marketing strategy.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Build and execute digital strategy through :Corporate digital marketing :
Responsible for corporate digital channel such as corporate website, Wechat and etc. to ensure the company digital image correct with the corporate strategy.
Plan and execute the corporate level digital marketing planning to make sure the right image is delivered.
Maintain company social media presence
Copywriting : Create, edit, publish and share content to increase the visibility of the company’s social contents and build brand image with followers and users
Cooperate with the Marketing product team to answer users’ product related questions
Product digital marketing :
Cooperate with marketing team to identify annual digital marketing plan for core product or pathologies level.
Leverage digital to accelerate growth on focus products, in line with marketing strategy.
Plan and execute on each digital project to ensure the project key objective and KPI gotten.
Plan and develop the proper digital communications tools to B or to C to ensure the brand key messages delivery.
Be engaged in new product launch project to utilize online channel to shape the market.
Digital Marketing campaigns :
Cooperate with marketing team to leverage marketing offline activities to work on the online digital marketing campaigns.
Identify and cooperate with third party agencies for planning execution, review campaign performance, monitor online recruitments campaigns and adjust strategy accordingly to ensure successful implementation and results
KPIs : ensure to provide and measure performance such as followers, engagements, impressions and conversions
Reporting results timely
Digital Market intelligence
Monitor social media trends, hot topics, campaigns, competitor posts on a daily basis.
Competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years Marketing Communications experience in healthcare or medical
Management of communications team in an international environment
Experience in managing Social Media Platforms preferred, e.g. WeChat, Weibo.
Must be able to carry out light graphic design task on Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator.
Organized, Proactive and detailed oriented
People oriented, with a strong interpersonal skill & presentation skill
Good copywriting, speaking and listening abilities both in Chinese and English
Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
