职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position is for digital channel 3rd party, which mainly focus on the advertising on industrial websites, including banner, text links, eDM, social and other functionalities, to have engagement with potential customers.
  • Responsible for management of display advertising efforts including,
  • As digital channel owner: Plan, execute, and optimize the display advertising campaigns, measure and report out the performance of related campaigns/projects.
  • Run pilots and tests: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Digital channel collaboration: Collaborate with other external/internal digital channels/team to optimize both the traffic and customer experience. Especially, assist/co-own as needed with other digital channels optimizations as necessary, including 3rd party channel and programmatic display advertising channel.
  • Adcopy/creative development: Create, design, and build creative with the assist of banner vendors, based on the message we delivered to potential customers, optimize both the performance and customer experience.
  • Responsible for analysis of the display advertising including,
  • Optimize based on insights: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
  • Analytical ability: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Capability of analyzing deeper: Co-work with analytics team to identify audiences for targeting as well as measure results of tests.

Job Qualifications:

We require our Digital marketing senior specialist – Display Advertising (3rd party digital channel) to have the following qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in marketing experience in digital/traditional marketing, or account management-oriented, or work experience with search engine marketing(SEM), or work experience with ad tech system(DSP, exchanges, ad servers).
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of display advertising, programmatic display advertising, or direct media buying experience.
  • Preferred: Familiarity and working knowledge of industry terms, clear understanding of website analytics and metrics that may impact the success of a campaign/project.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, this position is highly visible, demand constant, and fluid communication with internal/external, local/global partners.
  • Fluent in English.
