Work Experience
- Manage the online presence of the hotel and F&B outlets across all digital platforms, including social media, OTAs and the hotel website
- Drive the social media marketing strategy for the hotel and execute on this strategy for both paid and organic social
- Monthly monitoring and reporting of website traffic & performance (Google Analytics)
- Drive the SEO strategy for the hotel in collaboration with a 3rd party agency
- Create the content (written and images) for both internal and external communication (in-house collateral, newsletters, press releases, etc.)
- Respond to online reviews in a professional manner
- Provide monthly reports on the results of all online reviews (RPS)
- Liaise with bloggers and 3rd party vendors
- Provide support on the marketing of hotel events
- Responsible for all offline marketing communications including Food and Beverage and Spa.
Work Experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably within hospitality
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English (Thai language skills a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and experience with WordPress & Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEO concepts
- Basic photography skills preferred
- Able to work under pressure & passionate about the latest digital marketing trend
