Digital Marketing & Communications Manager

This position is responsible for increasing revenue by enhancing and maximising the profile of the hotel via traditional media, direct marketing, database management, web site content management, partnering with/linking to key partner web sites, public relations, promotional partnerships and social media. The position will work with Accor Brand Marketing, PR and National Promotions to stay within guidelines and secure opportunities through the company to ensure the Hotel always has a competitive advantage.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with the preparation and implementation of the annual Sales and Marketing plan to develop and deliver measurable, best in class marketing strategies and activities.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, new growth and maximise retention.

• Develop and monitor a social media strategy, keeping up to date with new initiatives in the communications sphere and implement where appropriate.

• Develop and maintain the various media/PR databases of the hotel and communicate regularly regarding promotions and events.

• Champion PR, Communications and Marketing activities within the business units.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Marketing using social media sites for ad campaigns and to promote the hotel, these include but are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Local measure, Adobe photoshop and google.
