Responsibilities
1.Support and execute the digital marketing channels, including company website, SEO/SEM, email, social media (Wechat, Linkedin, Youku, Tencent Video Station) and display advertising campaigns for regions
2.Generation & tracking of leads from various sources, engaging with the leads, studying analytics and refining campaigns and approaches by supervising CRM program development
3.Helps to create contents, maintain the Elite social media presence, making improvements and adjustments where necessary
4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against regional goals (ROI and KPIs)
5. Identify trends and insights and optimize performance based on the insights
6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
7.Collaborate with regional sales team & distributors to leverage company website & online channels
8.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple online channels and customer touch points
9. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
10.Assist in the evaluation of emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
11.Regularly update marketing database and facilitate the implementation of CRM
12. Support internal and external meetings/events as needed
13.Coordinate the design of Marcom materials (eg. Brochures, Sales Tools, banners etc), manage the inventory of printed tools and distribution through online channels
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing
3.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
4.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital channels that engage, inform and motivate
5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
7 Working knowledge of ad serving tools
8. Experience in setting up and optimizing online campaigns
9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
