TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for Japan by researching, identifying, capitalizing on customer insights and market trend and opportunities, in alignment with global digital strategy.
• Establish new business model utilizing channel mix to maximize the effectiveness of promotion activities.
• Create new schemes and digital tools that promote effective and efficient sales activities based on data. Train sales representatives to enhance sales capability.
• Create attractive digital contents working with marketing and sales to meet client needs and enhance the value of Bayer products and brands.
• Operate, review and improve Bayer Radiology website, newsletters, webinars etc to increase attaractiveness and outcome of the multichannel.
• Stay up-to-date on key trends and concepts in digital marketing and introduce to the current digital strategy to realize innovative methods.
• Update unified global Radiology branding activities and share them with Japan marketing team by communicating with global branding team.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 3 years experiences of product marketing and digital marketing - in a pharmaceutical company or radiology company is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and communication skills
• Fluent in Japanese and English
