The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the whole digital marketing strategy to drive online traffic to the brand website and social media platforms, including reports on ROI and strategy adjustment.
She / he will manage the online marketing funnel: attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which the e-commerce team will help you accomplish.
Responsible to scale our paid marketing, on top of organic inbound marketing efforts, the Digital Marketing Manager will be managing the strategy, execution, and optimization.
A key responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager will be the creation of a small team, able to drive results quickly and help Native Union to execute successfully its digital transformation.
Data driven, she / he will be required to establish closed-loop analytics with e-commerce sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert more customers.
Main responsibilities
1. SEO
- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO
- Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms that attracts a qualified audience to our website
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
- Keep on checking and tweaking our company keywork strategy (through resources like Moz and Google Webmaster Tools)
2. SEA
- Plan and optimize media strategy and investments, ensuring efficiency though PPC, retargeting and programmatic advertising budget and campaigns
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
- Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
3. Email Marketing
- In collaboration with the head of e-commerce, manage email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and content (A/B testing, segmentation, etc.)
- Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
- Ensure that all our email marketing campaigns are CAN-SPAM compliant and optimized for mobile devices
4. Social Media / Community Management
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Create sharable content for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Manage influencer campaigns
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
5. MarTech & Competition benchmark
- Gather data / intelligence and review competitor strategies and new technologies / platform to enhance brand digital marketing
What you’ll bring to Native Union
- Strong affinity for Native Union’s brand DNA
- Around 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with both agency digital marketing and in-house brand track record
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplines
- Previous experience in participating growing digital sales from 2-3 to 10m+ US$
- A bonus would be that you have already worked on transforming a retail fist company into a digital one
- Knowledgeable about Growth Marketing platforms and processes
- Experience in heavy influencer marketing would be a real plus
- Agile with ability to spot emerging digital trends and how it can be relevant for Native Union
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
