Position Overview:  

The Digital Marketing Engagement Manager plays an important role in executing integrated marketing programs and campaigns to support revenue and growth goals. You will implement, measure, and optimize digital marketing tactics to drive growth and generate marketing qualified leads. With a strong focus on inbound marketing, you will utilize valuable content tailored to buyer personas to create the connection and solve customer problems, using the attract, engage, and delight (customer success) inbound methodology. You are hands-on, do the work, go-getter, who will utilize marketing technology and best practices to executive digital marketing campaigns. You have a strong work ethic and commitment to hit ambitious growth targets and build a strong company brand.   • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing engagement tactics and campaigns that promote the company and our solutions and services, generating marketing and sales qualified leads 
  • Attract customers by using valuable content and experiences tailored to the customer persona, using the attract, engage, and delight methodology of inbound marketing to form connections and provide information about our business's value and how we solve customer needs 
  • Collaborate with the head of marketing and the head of business development to execute account-based marketing plans with clear growth, pipeline, and revenue objectives
  • Nurture contacts within the prioritized accounts and engage that audience consistently with innovative, unexpected, and intentional marketing to drive account opportunities
  • Use marketing automation, manage ongoing automation efforts, and create processes for measuring and reporting all digital marketing campaign performance and assess against goals 
  • Participate in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and our corporate website, including website content updates using WordPress, create campaign landing pages and optimize website SEO
  • Perform and optimize PPC and SEM campaigns, perform email marketing and Social Media, including LinkedIn campaigns to drive website traffic and acquire engaged followers and content consumers, to generate marketing, and sales qualified leads 
  • Develop digital media strategies that put our brand and solutions in front of the target audience and dig through the trenches of web analytics to analyze and measure website performance and traffic to unearth invaluable info about the target market, to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search
  • Translate ideas used in demand generation into promotional digital marketing campaigns and advertising personas
  • Drive relevant content consumers to improve brand recognition [and] trust and ultimately drive committed involvement in our community. Utilize digital tools to collect voice of customer data to ensure client/customer satisfaction
  • Execute online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, banner advertising, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates a sales pipeline 
  • Help execute DCW events and third-party industry events and conference participation.
  • You are a stickler for data integrity and accuracy and take pride in having accurate and updated HubSpot CRM contacts and workflows
  • You own your programs' execution, including planning, logistics, budget, list management, follow up, and reporting

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Marketing Analytics, or Digital Marketing is required
  • B2B experience is required, preferably in the AEC, Construction (non-residential), industrial, transportation infrastructure or heavy civil construction industry, and preferably in SaaS or Application/Technology, iPaaS experience is ideal, but not necessary.
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing engagement and campaign management  
  • Must be proficient with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation tools, account-based marketing, and email marketing experience is required
  • SEO, web and Google analytics, and reporting experience is required
  • PPC, SEM, and social media, including LinkedIn campaign marketing experience 
  • Account-based marketing and nurturing experience is required
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through generating leads through inbound marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to project manage and plan short and long-term activities and deliver on-time with accuracy
  • Ability to work with virtually connected teams in a global community
  • A never-ending desire to try new and interesting strategies and tactics to improve processes and results
