The opportunity:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager in Customer Growth and will lead AIA’s digital and lead generation performance marketing strategy and tactics with a focus on mid funnel initiatives. You’ll have specific ownership of AIA’s website and its relevant digital tools (existing and new), all digital lead generation activity in particular SEM and SEO, partner or channel digital performance management and engagement plus be a digital marketing SME to provide best practice knowledge.

About the role:

  • You will lead and inspire AIA on the value of digital to the business to deliver maximum value to the business and customer

  • Ensure our growth initiatives have adequate digital marketing support and leverage data etc to identify performance opportunities, supported by our internal studio and agency team

  • Ensure all best practice Web UX, Search best practices are applied

  • Work across AIA and our advertising agency, to generate activity that creates top and mid sales funnel performance and demonstrates clear customer needs being met – both B2C and B2B

  • Leverage existing and propose/build new Marketing Lead Gen and Digital sales tools, to create stronger customer targeting and delivery efficiencies

  • Manage and collaborate across AIA NZ, AIA Australia and AIA Group stakeholders to ensure continuous growth performance and platform management

  • Manage all aspects of relationships with relevant third-party vendors and partners

About you:

  • A kick ass growth and curious mind-set

  • Bring a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience using GTM and Google Analytics to leverage data to identify growth opportunities – supported by our internal studio and agency team

  • A proven track record of success in B2C performance based digital-focussed marketing roles, covering multi-channel marketing, strategic development, operational planning and tactical execution

  • Experience in managing and delivering results in SEO, SEM, Display and social media campaign management to drive traffic and improve conversions

  • Experience in UX, AEM and Adobe Target is advantageous

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing CRM / automation platforms

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform well in a self-directed and fast-paced enterprise environment

  • Exposure to working in cross-functional/agile teams (digital/technology) is advantageous

  • Enterprise experience in a digital role in telco or financial services is also advantageous
