• Be fully conversant with the brand standards.
• Manage brand compliance for the hotel to grow the equity of the hotel and outlet brands and the brand equity across all channels.
• Manage online and offline advertising for the hotel.
• Monitor various media for comments and discussions about the hotel (TripAdvisor, Blogs, Forums)
• Establish and maintain a relationship with key local press and media.
Work Experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing and Communications.
• Solid understanding of content creation for both website and social media
• Knowledge of media editing software (Photo & video)
• Fluent in English and Thai language.
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment.
