Overview
This role is responsible for designing and driving the digital market strategy for both the acquisition and retention of members. She/he will develop, implement, track and optimize Accor Plus member benefits through various digital and online marketing campaigns. She/he will manage digital marketing communication in developing and activating a segmented communication infrastructure. She/he will be developing the strategy to increase WeChat followers, work with vendors/Accor Hotels team to produce a digital platform for the Accor Plus membership.
He/she will support relationship marketing to explore corporate and partnership sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Contribute to membership retention and acquisition through a segmented channel communications strategy that attracts, informs and helps converts consumers into members.
Design and manage a master communication strategy framework that leverages all digital channels including but not limited to WeChat, EDM, Online, website, etc.
Oversee day-to-day implementation and analysis of the loyalty program-development and monitor success at the program, customer segment and campaign level to identify sales opportunity
Work closely with the Accor Hotels Marketing and Loyalty Team
Liaise with and manage vendors providing digital marketing services to Accor Plus
Develop the infrastructure and content management with the goal of continuously improving member satisfaction and retention
Design and manage lead generation campaigns for operations team
Constantly review competitors in order to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge
Support the research, development and execution of the corporate/partnerships sales business unit’s strategy, structure and operations.
As a member of the China Executive Team has a shared responsibility for the company’s consolidated Greater China financial performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing role
Bachelor degree /qualification in Marketing preferred
CRM marketing experience within the following industries will be highly regarded: telecoms, financial service/banking, insurance, loyalty programs or retail organizations, hotels, airlines, etc.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data and campaign results into meaningful and actionable insights for
campaign optimization.Ability to effectively manage & work with multiple external agency partners to deliver agreed outcomes
Experience in developing and managing customer lifecycle/trigger based email and website campaigns
Strong project management experience and communication skills
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
Ability to effectively leverage and manage marketing funds within agreed budget parameters.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
Skilled in MS Office, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Design
Travel / tourism industry experience an advantage
Well presented and able to represent the business to both internal and external stakeholders
Able to work in small team to reach and exceed agreed expectations and timelines
