The Role Responsibilities
1. Campaign:
- Developing, implementing and managing online marketing campaigns, managing & enhancing brand awareness and user acquisition via digital method, including programmatic advertising, search advertising, CRM/SCRM and commercial data analysis.
- Using analytic tools to measure Ad/site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, display and search advertising.
- Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly reporting.
2. Strategy:
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to AirAsia owned online channels
- Campaign strategy
- Advertising strategy
- Publisher negotiation strategy
3. Digital innovation:
- Managing & Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of website, APP and social media with product team.
- Identifying and evaluating new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
4. Management:
- Good team management skill
- Excellent member coaching
- Stakeholders expectation management
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years relevant experience in digital marketing with diverse roles
2. Excel expertise, Google data studio applier, good knowledge in database communication, sophisticated in SQL/R/Python is a strong plus.
3. Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
4. Creative: in approaches to digital campaigns, both in messaging and in the delivery mechanism
5. Project management: clear mind-set to drive priority, stick to the deadline and good communication skill, with PMP/PMI-ACP certificate is a strong plus
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment of constant change
7. Thinking logically and acting fast
