Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: Your role is a  pivotal role within the Label and Packaging Materials Group(LGM) in the Asia Pacific marketing leadership team, to shape the strategy and execution of our digital transformation. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the public websites and digital marketing programs with the goal of increasing organic traffic, visitor engagement, and lead generation by creating effective digital experiences spanning all channels. You will be hands-on, creative, innovative, and have a real passion for Digital Marketing. It is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual seeking opportunity for future growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop digital marketing strategy by studying industry dynamics & trends, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Leverage tools such as salesforce.com, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Act-On to drive ongoing customer insights and to enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead day-to-day website operations including web content mgt, localization, content optimization research/implementation to improve discoverability(SEO), user experience, and conversion.
  • Deliver analytics and regular reporting to evaluate the customer buying journey, improve targeted reach across multiple channels and customer touchpoints along with recommendations for content A/B tests.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities in marketing automation. Focus on closed-loop demand generation through CRM, website/CMS, and marketing automation software integration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing in ideally a B2B organisation
  • Proficiency with Google analytics, 
  • Experience working in a CMS platform (Preferable Adobe AEM)
  • Extensive social media marketing and website management experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience with email marketing, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, conversion optimization and personalisation
  • Strong UX sensibility and empathy for the end user
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to think strategically about digital marketing, while also executing tactically on campaigns
  • Strong teamwork, influencing and relationship-building skills, across multiple levels of the organisation
