JOB SUMMARY Responsibility for providing digital marketing expertise to support Allergan’s local strategic marketing & execution of our diverse portfolio of products, to enable growth acceleration and further enhance our customer experiences by enabling and optimizing omni-channel presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES: DESCRIBE SCOPE: % of Time or Importance DIGITAL PLANS 40% : Create & Execute superior customer digital marketing plans for AA brands in line with the International and local roadmap. This includes omnichannel initiatives for commercial plans. Help update the AA brand websites and social media channels in line with International requirements. GTM 20%: Partner and work with Product Managers + internal stakeholders and external partners such as marketing agencies (and platform owners) to strengthen the brands Go-To-Market plans, customer journeys by leveraging digital tools/assets IN-HOUSE DIGITAL EXPERT 20% : Be the subject matter expert on digital and omni-channel marketing to upscale the capabilities of the local teams. Provide digital insights and support to brand teams & digital agencies to enhance the digital capabilities of AA team. Provide creative ideas for content marketing (unbranded / branded) CRM / DATA 20% : Work with external agencies/partners to Implement eCRM using 3rd party database for driving traffic to clinics. Work with marketing team for in clinic digital campaign. Establish and manage the data analysis and KPI performance tracking for digital activities and share insights regularly with brand teams to refine and enhance activities. Qualifications JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS): • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing • Preferably with prior experience working in healthcare or medical device companies • Has experience partnering with digital platform suppliers like Google, Facebook etc. & external digital agencies • B2B and B2C – has experience on business to business and/or direct to consumer communication • Experience in curating, maintaining and localising global content for digital communications • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Commercial acumen and project management skills • Able to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones • Good team player and able to work independently/remotely ESSENTIAL SKILLS • Uses data and analytics to formulate stronger solutions and measure impact • Uses available data to make sound business decisions quickly and in the best interest of Allergan • Builds authentic partnerships and connects across groups to get things done • Focuses on results, balancing efficiency and quality; sets a standard of accountability and action to effectively accomplish goals • Thoroughly understands our business, and incorporates strong business perspective when making decisions • Draws from all available resources (data, knowledge, experience, etc.) and uses logic to develop solutions to complex or difficult issues • Effectively manages projects using robust plans, stakeholder engagement, and communications for driving timelines Other Professional Skills: Please write in any other professional skills specific to the job, including technical skills. • Creates and Executes strategic projects and contributes to the development of individual brand and business strategies • Work closely with brand teams and countries to identify International strategies and priorities • Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance efficiency enhancement • Insightful market sensitivity and to help business define long-term and short-term strategy plan. • Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment • Guided by Allergan Aesthetics brand strategies, impacts result quickly • Negotiates and influences the opinions of others across the business unit and/or in external organizations Travel Yes, 5 % of the Time Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC About AbbVie AbbVie’s mission is to discover and deliver innovative medicines that solve serious health issues today and address the medical challenges of tomorrow.
