As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote Eaton’s brand, products, and services. It will include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. Your main responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with business priorities Make recommendations on how to set up/improve digital tools/processes, scoring models, nurturing campaigns etc Oversee and coordinate various content platforms Work with segment and channel marketing to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey and to improve marketing results Review and optimize the design and content of all online assets including company website and social media pages Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website Plan and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels Use A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance Regularly analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to generate monthly reports and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to drive improved customer engagement Work on Search Engine Optimization Ensure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders Identify the latest digital trends and technologies affecting our industry As SME, coach and train marketing, PM & sales teams on digital marketing topics Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor degree required in business or marketing In-depth understanding of digital environment, supported by several years of relevant experience in this area Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR) Extensive knowledge of web design principles Strong project management skills In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms Solid understanding of Website analytics, SEO, marketing metrics & A/B testing Solid understanding of Content Marketing System (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager and Percolate Solid understanding of email/marketing automation platforms, preferably Oracle Eloqua Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic matrix environment Knowledgeable on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and digital sales enablement HTML, CSS basis knowledge would be beneficial Fluent in German and English What we offer to you Flexible working solutions (hybrid working models, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations, check out with the site HR what type of flexible working solution is available for this role.
