Responsibility

1、Closely work with EC team and Social commerce team to develop and execute digital marketing plan, to support the market growth, including daily operations and key campaign executions.

2、Closely work with sales and IT team keep optimize UI UX to deliver better shopping experience in mini program, APP, official site.

3、Drive cross function work and manage agency to deliver daily operations and key campaign: content design, conduct campaign review weekly monthly KPI reviews.

4、New users members recruitment from new market.

5、Keep close monitoring of e-commerce social digital platform landscape changes keep tracking shopper insights and implications to EC marketing strategy

Qualification

1、7 years above related experience.

2、Sprite of start up, able to on hands working and learning the latest digital market tools and model.

3、Able to use data analysis to optimize each campaign and market growth.

4、Have good team sprite with project managing mind set.
