Job Description

职位概述

The Digital Marketing & Marcom Manager for Greater China is responsible for improving digital marketing performance and the exposure and perception of the Dr?ger brand in digital media; and the management of marketing events/campaign projects from initiation to completion on time and within set budget.


岗位职责

Strategy and annual plan - Develop and implement of Greater China Digital & Communication strategy and action plan while ensuring the alignment of global concepts and guidelines; and ensure the implementation on all levels to support the country business plan and improve marketing performance and brand perception - Collaborate with Global and Regional team to ensure the localization of global Digital and MarComm projects and campaigns, and track and provide timely feedback about the progress - Track and ensure the marketing activities within the annual budget plan Management of digital marketing projects and digital media - Implement and manage digital marketing projects and measures of the marketing plan with particular focus on supporting the achievement of the local business plans and on the improvement of efficiency - Maintain and optimize local websites, local search engine management and search engine optimization as well as local digital offsite activities with particular focus on supporting the achievement of the local business plans - Improve Dr?ger brand awareness through content management of Web & Mobile Applications, such as company website and WeChat company account etc. Management of business intelligence - Provide strong support to sales and management team by analyzing existing data sources (bidding information, sales leads, historical data etc) - Build and manage business intelligence platforms in close alignment and collaboration with the Center of Excellence for Sales Marketing Marketing campaigns and project management - Develop and implement MarComm activities and project plans including budget, timeline, team members (internal and external), communication/reporting plan, and measurement plan - Manage all internal and external project-related communications, including, but not limited to budget reporting, project timeline updates, meeting minutes, action item updates, and deliverables updates - Be responsible to meet or exceed project KPIs and report to the project Control Board where applicable Marketing material development - Manage localization process of marketing material with extensive local content - Take responsibility for brand, Corporate Design and Corporate Language compliance in the development of all materials - Be responsible for following the standard marketing approval process (Dr?ger process MC-1000) for all deliverables they create Management of agencies - Manage the interface with agencies and suppliers to ensure their service level meet company standard Governmental / CFDA regulation - Ensure compliance with the governmental and CFDA regulation - Manage annual advertising approval process with CFDA - Build up and maintain relationship with related authorities Team Development - Lead the Digital Marketing and MarComm team to continuously improve team capacity; - Regularly meeting with team members and timely coach/feedback


任职条件

学历/Education Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, e-media or a comparable combination of education and experience
相关工作经验/Related experience 5-8 years experience in a marketing or communication function in industrial enterprises or Marketing and/or Communication agencies, 3-5 years experience in the implementation of online marketing, campaign development and social media projects
