Job Description
For Digital Marketing Role:
- Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and lead the generation and customer
- Plan & execute EDMs, Social media posts and other online channels to deliver consistent messages to customers;
- Develop and implement social media strategy to drive the brand awareness
- Monitor and evaluate the results of digital marketing for improvement and feedback
- Explore new and effective digital channels for building and marketing promotions
- Manage daily content in different digital asset (e.g. websites, social media channels, advertising content) with brand standard
- Conduct market & industry research Identify market trends and gather market information; Research on the latest trends and best practices for online marketing
- Attentive to details, execute and monitor online advertising initiatives like search engine marketing (SEM), Google Adwords, display advertising, social media marketing, conversion tracking, web analysis
- Communicate and extent good relationships with on-line media, vendors, platform partners
- Collaborate with various internal & external parties to improve sales & brand awareness for the company
- Weekly & monthly reporting of marketing effectiveness and project status
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
For PR Role:
- Increase brand awareness through public relations and events.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, create content for press releases, blog articles and keynote presentations.
- Develop a communications plan including strategies, budget and objectives.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
- Work closely with the product and business development teams to design and execute campaigns across various channels
Requirements :
- University graduate with at least 3 years’ hands-on and practical experience in in digital marketing and/or Public Relations; preferred with strong passion on digital marketing / FMCG / food & beverage industry
- Hands on experiences and solid understanding of the current technologies available for online advertising e.g. Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Website development, Programmatic, etc.
- Excellent PC skills including Chinese word processing, Photoshop, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerDirector;
- Knowledge in Photography and videography will be an advantage;
- A self-starter with good business acumen throughout your work,
- Previous experience with corporate digital website, mobile app and social media accounts management a definitely advantage, Knowledge on digital/social analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Webtrends, etc.) and web technology is definitely an advantage
- Strong understanding in digital and social media marketing trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Creative thinking and attention to details
- Self-motivated,Responsible, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Cantonese and English is a MUST, Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
