Be part of a growing and exciting transactional eCommerce business!
The Lenovo.com Motorola Digital Marketing Project Manager will be responsible
for planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns that
generate awareness & consideration, drive transactional sales through online
and phone routes, and build customer loyalty among Lenovo.com and Motorola.com
properties.

Ideally possessing demonstrated demand generation experience. As a Digital
Marketing Manager you will work closely with business stakeholders, programs
managers, as well as other internal groups to develop and execute campaigns
and evaluate results. You will be part of a collaborative, creative, and
metrics-based team whose goal is to increase performance and revenue. This
position will drive the lifecycle engagement through relevant contact,
messaging, and offer strategies. We are looking for a self-starter to take
projects from strategy through to execution with a high attention to detail
coupled with innovative thinking.

Your key job duties will include the following:
• Develop a comprehensive Demand generation plan across multiple channels to
drive sales and revenue growth
• Work with internal Program managers to optimize spend, creative, and
messaging amongst all vehicles
• Create engaging, strategically focused campaigns that spark interest
• Development of marketing success criteria, with tracking & readout against
goals done on a weekly basis
• Translate business objectives into marketing tactics
• Adapt global marketing assets for use against our audiences
• Develop segmentation strategy, including messaging, routes, creative, and
products
• Coordinate with eCommerce campaign calendar, submit creative briefs and
coordinate execution across marketing teams
• Lead marketing test strategies and methodologies to identify attributes of
successful offers, content types, and delivery tactics, and when required,
refine strategies based upon findings
• Oversee and QA all marketing work streams to ensure all elements of the
campaign are accurate prior to launch
• Coordinate site experience with online merchandising and sales
• Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement
metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics

#### Position Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• 3-5 years experience and proven track record executing successful direct
marketing programs; paid media experience a plus
• Background in marketing principles, and experience with database management,
email marketing, marketing automation systems, and CRM systems
• A second European language is a plus (Spanish or Dutch will be STRONG
advantage)
• Project management, analytical and quantitative skills
• Be a resourceful, self-motivated individual flexible to adapt to changing
requirements
• Strong collaborative experience in teaming with Sales to drive results

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1500 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
