Ma Main Missions Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting brand teams on digital campaign management, efficient utilization of enterprise digital marketing channels & content creation strategies. Designing and implementing SFMC roadmap Main Activities Platform management & Journey builder on SFMC proposed by the Brand Teams To create, monitor, optimize and report on digital campaigns Creation, development, and maintenance of customer journeys in Journey Builder Implement campaigns; plan and monitor work plans to ensure agreed upon milestones are met Communicate directly with other departments to ensure expectations are managed and met accordingly, as well as proactively provide solutions to issues as they arise Set up content assets HTML and quality score them to ensure content is appropriate for delivery Help implement lead scoring practices and carry out experiments on automated marketing campaigns Manage Abbvie PRO / CARE platform (CMS) Continuously assess efficiency and effectiveness of digital executions Proactively identify technical problem and provide solutions Coordination Collaborate with Campaign Expert team and Content Studio teams to clarify requirements and development needs Plays the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, IT and other functions Work cross-functionally with local and regional teams on various projects Analytics Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Responsible for the concept/design, execution, and the performance tracking & measurement of omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys, Perform data segmentation and data analysis tasks Compliance Secure compliance requirements with highest standards of ethics and integrity. SFMC roadmap Design and implement SFMC roadmap Influence global SFMC roadmap and local expectation needs Main Business Relationships Internal : Customer Excellence, BUM, Marketing Managers, DVM, DR, CMA Managers, Training Manager, Global Customer Excellence Teams, Patient Relations Officer, Brand Team(s), In-field teams, Departments involved in the management of Patient Programs (Medical, Legal, Finance, Pharmaceutical Affairs, OEC, QA, PV, IT, Digital,...),… External : communication agencies. Qualifications Minimum Level of Initial Training Required University degree in business, computer science or equivalent with experience in project management and analytics Extensive experience in Pharma ComOps with a focus on digital channels, multi-channel campaigning and customer service Ability to work in a complex environment, across many functions and levels, and collaboratively with different types of customers Minimum 2 years’ experience with a marketing automation tool, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is an important advantage, SFMC certification as an email specialist (m/f/d) as well as extensive functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Exact Target Good knowledge in all aspects of Email Studio (content creation / segmentation), reporting suite and with Journey Builder Preferably experienced on CMS systems (Wordpress & Adobe), Preferably experienced on Google Analytics 360, CRM experience (database marketing / loyalty / CRM / acquisition and retention marketing) as well as SQL experience Experience on HTML & JavaScript is required, Proactive behavior and passion for CX and UX design knowledge as well as new trends and technologies Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies and general requirements to both internal and external stakeholders, Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and business minded personality, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) programs.
