Job brief
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to interact with our customers and promote our products and services on social networks.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing content and managing digital accounts, creating social media campaigns for all Autel’s digital platforms including but not limited to social media, e-blast, blogs and digital advertising. To be successful, you should have excellent social media management experience and web content writing skills on multiple networks.
Ultimately, you will ensure we maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Write, edit, proofread and publish engaging content for various digital platforms, including Autel websites, e-blast, social media, blogs, and WeChat etc.
Manage, optimize and analyze multiple digital accounts and give suggestions for on-going improvement.
Improve KPIs at multiple digital accounts for better engagements, more followers and influence.
Optimize digital writings (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
Work closely with multifunctional teams to collect and manage materials for web content development
Track and report data from social media accounts and optimize content accordingly for better engagement (traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates)
Manage questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
Engage with both internal teams and outside vendors for major digital campaigns
Support proofreading and content development for prints as requested
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience using and managing digital accounts and content at various platforms
Real-world experience in social media campaigns and digital engagement
Basic knowledge in SEO and keyword optimization and can apply it to content writing.
Familiarity with online paid advertising
Ability to develop and deliver creative web content (text, image and video)
Excellent communication skills. Native English speaker or full working proficiency in English. Proficiency in Chinese is an asset
BSc in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field
