Developing our market-leading digital customer journey, and ensuring prominence and preference at all online touchpoints. You will report to the Marketing Director in the UK. The role will include, but not limited to: Online Lenovo User Experience (3rd party websites) • Analyse and audit UX and customer journey across etailer websites (B2B and B2C) when purchasing Lenovo product • Propose and develop improvement actions, and work closely with agencies to develop best-in-class online content and tools across the B2B and B2C digital landscape. Traded Online Media Management • Liaise with product managers to define sponsored product / traded media focus, priorities, and targets and set up activity within defined media platforms. • Plan, develop & execute weekly budget investment plan, with daily performance review and fine-tuning of investment or portfolio as required. • Develop and refresh regular management reporting dashboard Etailer Co-Marketing Support • Support the marketing team with the execution of joint marketing programmes with selected key etail partners • Ensure all the assets, copy, and tools are supplied as defined by the quarterly marketing plans within given deadlines. • Brief and liaise with marketing or creative agencies to develop any missing assets. We will support you to keep abreast of the latest developments in the online landscape and media trends, and want your inspiration by examples of outstanding digital execution to drive Lenovo’s thinking. #### Position Requirements: Here are some of the things that we think will be valuable in this role, but we’re also open-minded, so if you recognise yourself in any of these traits, then we’d love for you to send us an application. Ideally 1-2 years practical digital marketing or e-commerce experience, preferably in a technology sector. Essential attributes: • Degree level or equivalent education in a marketing, e-commerce, or business discipline • Good understanding of the online marketplace and dynamics • Facility with data analysis and interpretation • Strong commitment attitude, focussed on results • Comfortable in front of customers, business partners, agencies, and management • Self-motivated and a pro-active mentality • Energetic, implementation-driven, and “can do” attitude • Excellent presentation and communication skills: able to present ideas/strategies/products in a clear, concise, and convincing manner. • Strong team working skills, but equally comfortable working individually. • Networking skills; facility in communicating across the company matrix • Good influencer: able to convince a sales team or retailer • Can work well under pressure and looks to problem solve • Outstanding creativity – drive to do things differently • Well-developed skills in Excel, and additional BI tools an advantage Desirable attributes • Deep understanding of etailer PC business, processes, and ways of working • Understanding and experience of SEO & SEM, keywords, and traffic optimisation. • Experience of web analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.) • Financial acumen and budget management skills This role is office based (Basingstoke, Hampshire) and occasional UK-wide travel will be required (visiting customers, partners or agencies).
