Responsibility:
  • Manage official website, Wechat & Weibo. Develop & organize content, develop programs & guide the design to meet their KPIs.
  • Leverage digital marketing mechanics, including SEM, SEO etc., to generate online leads & offline traffic.
  • Apply communication strategy into daily work, like POSMs development etc. Design effective tools to help sales to deliver our brands in right way.
  • Develop and implement communication plan to promote brand, new product or featured product of the season.
  • Basing on global brand positioning and local understanding, assistant in Line Manager to develop local brand communication strategy.
  • Co-work with other marketing team members to ensure consistent brand image and communication in other platforms, like exhibition, medical seminar etc.
  • Cooperate with product managers to localize product communication strategy, like USP etc.
  • As contact window of China marketing.
Work with corporate legal on trademark management;
Work with global PR on news releasing and local PR application;
Work with China RA on POSM censorship;
Leverage global research or develop local research to understand our customer and end-user.

Requirement:
  • 5+ marketing communication experience.
  • Be familiar with B2B2C industry.
  • Have the experience to handle official website, Wechat and Weibo independently.
  • Have the experience to run SEM, SEO.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, including listen, speak, read and write.
  • Be good at project development and management.
  • Creative.
  • Excellent communication and co-operation.
  • Independent.
  • Result-oriented
