Overview

概况

This role is responsible for designing and driving the digital market strategy for both the acquisition and retention of members. She/he will develop, implement, track and optimize Accor Plus member benefits through various digital and online marketing campaigns. She/he will manage digital marketing communication in developing and activating a segmented communication infrastructure. She/he will be developing the strategy to increase WeChat followers, work with vendors/Accor Hotels team to produce a digital platform for the Accor Plus membership. He/she will support relationship marketing to explore corporate and partnership sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

职责

  • Contribute to membership retention and acquisition through a segmented channel communications strategy that attracts, informs and helps converts consumers into members.

运用分段渠道沟通的策略,以吸引、通知和帮助的方式将消费者转化为会员,从而进一步稳定和获得会员。

  • Design and manage a master communication strategy framework that leverages all digital channels including but not limited to WeChat, EDM, Online, website, etc.

设计和管理针对所有数字渠道的主要沟通策略框架,包括但不仅限于微信、EDM、线上和网站等。

  • Oversee day-to-day implementation and analysis of the loyalty program-development and monitor success at the program, customer segment and campaign level to identify sales opportunity

监督日常执行,分析忠诚项目的开展,监管在项目、客户群方面的成功率,确定活动级别从而挖掘销售机会。

  • Work closely with the Accor Hotels Marketing and Loyalty Team

与雅高酒店市场和客户忠诚团队紧密协作

  • Liaise with and manage vendors providing digital marketing services to Accor Plus

  • Develop the infrastructure and content management with the goal of continuously improving member satisfaction and retention

  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns for operations team

  • Constantly review competitors in order to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge

  • Support the research, development and execution of the corporate/partnerships sales business unit’s strategy, structure and operations.

  • As a member of the China Executive Team has a shared responsibility for the company’s consolidated Greater China financial performance.

Requirements

要求

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing role

五年以上数字市场方面的相关经验

  • Bachelor degree /qualification in Marketing preferred

本科学历/ 有市场方向资质者优先

  • CRM marketing experience within the following industries will be highly regarded: telecoms, financial service/banking, insurance, loyalty programs or retail organizations, hotels, airlines, etc.

有下列行业客户关系营销的市场经验者优先:电信、金融服务/银行、保险、会员忠诚项目或零售、酒店、航空等

  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and campaign results into meaningful and actionable insights for

campaign optimization.

  • Ability to effectively manage & work with multiple external agency partners to deliver agreed outcomes

  • Experience in developing and managing customer lifecycle/trigger based email and website campaigns

  • Strong project management experience and communication skills

  • Travel / tourism industry experience an advantage
