Job Description

We are looking for a caliber candidate to provide the administrative support and digital marketing support to sales and marketing team. 

Responsibilities:

For Executive role

• Assist Account Manager in providing administration support including contract, quotation  and presentation materials preparation
• Work closely with Account Manager and designers to ensure smooth operation for project development
• Maintain filing system
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 For Digital Marketing role

• Manage, plan and execute social media platforms for enhancing brand awareness & achieving conversion goals
• Responsible for multi-media design, video editing and social media feed (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Website, YouTube) 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Graphic Design or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or project assistant is preferred
• Solid hands on experience in social media strategy and execution, graphic design, video editing and advertising creative
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing, Photoshop, Illustrator and Video editing tools
• Can-do attitude, proactive, good multitasking and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
