Job Description
Digital Media Specialist The individual will support digital media activities for Siemens businesses in emerging and current platforms. Responsible for the performance of digital marketing campaigns. The position would also have the primary responsibility of managing the ongoing development, design and content for the Siemens India website. This position would be based in Mumbai, and will report to Head of Digital Communications Change the future with us This position needs to ensure the following: Day-to-day management of Siemens website, monitor traffic and report and analyze trends to improve content Work with agency/development team to improve site architecture for SEO, recommend content and user-experience development strategies Conceptualize, implement and monitor new digital marketing (including social media marketing) campaigns to support the marketing activities of all Siemens businesses Create, manage, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (including social media platforms) and search engines to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are achieved Coordinating creative production of digital assets with agency partners Research competition’s digital & social media for standard processes and opportunities to improve internal tools and capabilities of paid media Independently run the web lead management function – interact with the lead management support agency - report and analyze trends to improve lead acquisition user experience through digital media tactics Managing Challenges: Aligning internal and external business partners into the digital media roadmap Project management skills to ensure multiple deliverables are met on time Scope & Job Nature: This position requires: Experience in digital marketing A creative and conceptual problem solver with the ability to develop innovative campaigns An analytical attitude to drive performance and optimize digital media campaigns Hands-on knowledge on media planning, SEO, SMM & other digital & social media tactics A proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic to owned channels Ability to manage multiple agency partners as well as adopting best practices and managing relationship with the Headquarter stakeholders We don’t need Superhero's, just super minds! 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital media, social media, content marketing & driving lead generation Excellent understanding of SEO/digital paid media best practices/SMM/Google Analytics/ Pay Per Click (PPC) optimization, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, A/B Testing as well as a working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies Excellent analytical skills to assess ROI and marketing program effectiveness Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail required Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens!
