The role

Purpose

Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Expert is accountable for working closely in collaboration with Brand Teams and Innovation and Business Excellence department, to ensure that omnichannel campaigns are developed and executed successfully. You will assist in omnichannel campaigns creation, integrating all digital elements including emails, websites, apps, etc. You will be accountable for day-to-day management of all omnichannel campaigns (calendar, the creative review process, testing, deployment, and reporting) as well as assisting the Brand Teams on delivering them on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend relevant programs and tactics across channels to pull through brand strategies creating meaningful and differentiated customer experiences;
  • Work together with Brand Teams to provide recommendations on best practices and create campaigns’ calendar with creative themes;
  • Implement and manage digital components associated with omnichannel campaigns;
  • Design the strategy for digital assets to create a standardised and optimised experience;
  • Work on a content strategy for both for healthcare professionals (customers) and patients, to provide relevant and customized scientific and product information to doctors, as well as a trusted source of information for patients;
  • Plan a positioning and strategy in Social Media, which will make this channel the reference for contact between the brand, patients and medical staff;
  • Incorporate channels into the execution of brand plans and proactively identify opportunities to generate value through innovative and disruptive approaches;
  • Identify key metrics within the patient and customers communication funnel, and track and analyse them continuously to optimise results and improve conversion and satisfaction ratios.

The profile

  • Relevant digital marketing background, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing/supporting digital & omnichannel marketing campaigns;
  • Solid understanding of all common digital components associated with an omnichannel campaign, and how digital assets integrate with overarching marketing campaigns;
  • Able to effectively envision and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns across websites, email, apps, phone, CRM systems, etc.;
  • Prior experience working with and managing external vendors and experience managing creative / digital agencies is preferred;
  • Working knowledge of HTML and websites governance;
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals and how to work within SEO platforms to optimize web pages;
  • Experience with mobile, web analytics (Google Analytics or similar), search (SEO/SEM), content management, and digital media is preferred;
  • Solid understanding of how to track, analyse, and report on campaigns and make data-driven decisions to constantly improve performance;
  • Experience identifying and converting manual efforts into automated processes;
  • Understanding of GDPR and other compliance regulations; understanding of pharma regulatory framework will be an advantage;
  • Ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders/colleagues across multiple departments;
  • Project management skills
  • Proficient in English
