• Handle customers' inquiries and complaints related to online banking.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure the service standard is being met.
• No selling is required. Provide pure customer service to clients only.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in any fields
• At least 1 year experience in banking/financial industry
• Passionate, friendly and customer-oriented personality
