Key Responsibilities:

• Handle online banking inquiries and complaints through inbound call
• Offer excellent customer service to clients and ensure service standard is being met
• No selling/cross-selling/up-selling is required (pure customer service role)
• No shift duty

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree holder in any fields
• At least 1 year banking/finance experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
