Digital Operations Sr. Associate (Sr. Analyst) or Manager (12 month contract)
Role title will be dependent on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications

Reports to: Sr. Digital Product Manager

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will join the Digital Development Team and be responsible for managing day operations of our key systems & processes. Role responsibilities would include:

• Data stewardship: Work with cross-functional partners such as IS, Business, and External data providers (e.g. IQVIA) etc.) to ensure correctness & availability of important datasets viz. sales, alignment & master data

• Systems (CRM) management: Work with cross-functional (IS, Business) partners to ensure correctness & availability of important CRM functionality. Oversee and Coordinate Veeva processes, troubleshoot issues, support field force and internal users.

• Business support: Support the Digital, Sales, Marketing teams as a single point of contact for CRM & data escalations

• Testing: Validation and user testing of software releases to ensure performance

• Digital Operations Analytics: Leverage pharma industry and data knowledge to support ad-hoc analytics related to data/system operations and issue resolutions

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree
  OR

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of operations management, operations business analyst or similar role experience
  OR

• Associate’s degree and 6 years of operations management, operations business analyst or similar role experience
  OR 

• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of operations management, operations business analyst or similar role experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years of operations management, operations business analyst or similar role experience

• IQVIA data knowledge (Sales data + OneKey)

• Salesforce experience

• Amgen experience and/or Canadian pharmaceutical experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Hands-on and detail-oriented attitude

• Comfortable with ambiguity & leading issue resolution

• Willingness to learning internal systems/process
