Responsibilities:

• Assist on implementation and own the executions of DevOps procedures, including the creation of test scripts and sanitary check/regression tests;
• Maintain and manage hosting accounts, and its related configurations;
• Manage source code and control deployment versions on UAT site;
• Manage data and corrects them for any discrepancies;
• Monitor and report on any unusual readings on predefined system KPIs;
• Ensure the mission-critical infrastructures and procedures are maintained at good conditions;
• Support IT cut-off routine as part of the fulfillment operations;
• Generate system data per requested;
• Maintain all records of expenses and billings for the team;
• Follow-up any ad hoc work and projects assigned/ upon request.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• 1 year of solid experience in system support, IT project execution, and/or infrastructure management;
• Experience in E-commerce / Digital Marketing / Logistics would be an advantage;
• Proactive, able to work independently and solve problems
• Good communication skills and able to deal with internal and external IT teams/ support;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
