Innovative in propose requirement and design front-end platforms which provide convenience for the sales force, reduce operations workflow, reduce human errors, have effective triggering notifications.

Roles and Responsibilities
+ Innovative in Business User requirement
Proactively work with AD to understand the needs of the daily tasks and activities in order to provide effective tools.
Innovative in propose requirement and design front-end platforms is which provide convenience for the sales force, reduce human errors.
Collaborate with Sales/Training and especially with IT/vendors to convert from business need to IT solution and prepare proposals as well as user requirements for the respective tools of digital platforms.
+ Project management qualification
In charge of schedules, budgets, implementation, coordination, executive and deliverables for project. Monitors project teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept and meet all the deadlines.
Knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality.
Have clear communication and training plan to have smooth and effective launching and continuing support to agency force, being the Technical Partner of Sales team.
Be creative to drive adoption of each product, including provide product training, user guide, tools, report, incentive, build up platform ambassador to support sales force get familiar with new technology
Job Requirements
Bachelor of IT
At least 5-year experience in platform designing role
At least 3-year experience in project team management
IT background, Insurance sector is preferred
