The Digital Process Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining and constantly improving the processes that go through the digital assets of the company. They need to make sure that all issues surrounding these processes are resolved and that the solutions identified are properly implemented.

Roles and Responsibilities:    

• Design digital processes that will ensure a

1) coherent flow of information and data,

2) convenient and easy user experience

3) consistency with system capabilities and limitations

4) efficient transitions with minimum wastage

5) intuitive designs that respond to users needs

• Act as the liaison between information technology departments and business owners for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
• Coordinate with different stakeholders in order to resolve the issues that are detected or reported by users. To investigate the possible root causes and recommend solutions to these identified issues.
• Ensure that relevant information technology departments and third-party vendors are aligned in the design, implementation and maintenance of  information systems. Ensure the service levels are kept and that they are consistently met. Manage the execution of user acceptance testing and validate the results to confirm its conformity to business expectations
• Maintain a register of the changes done on the system and ensure that  stakeholders are informed of these changes. Coordinate with training or marketing teams for the proper cascade of new features
• Monitor the performance of the company’s digital programs and the system performance itself through a series of key performance metrics

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree: Preferably Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
• Fields of Study: Information Technology, Process Design, Digitalization
• Industry: Digital or Electronic Commerce Industries, Banking & Finace
• Years of Experience: at least 3 years
• Technical Skills: Exposure to  Network & Connectivity Architecture and Mobile Technology is preferred
